Our policy lasts 14 days upon your receiving the item. Tracking numbers will always be provided upon shipment and monitored for arrival. If more than14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund, replacement or exchange.
To be eligible for a RETURN or REFUND your item must be Unused and in the same New condition that it was sent in. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or is lost, there are certain steps to be taken;
If Lost, contact your USPS immediately to report it. This is usually the case if it says delivered, but has not been delivered to Your address. Also check with your neighbors to see if it went to their home by mistake.
If Damaged/Broken:
1. Take pictures of the damaged packaging before opening it.
2. Take pictures of the damaged item.
3. Contact the USPS to file a claim of negligence/mishandling.*
*Once the item leaves our hands it is in the hands of USPS and they become responsible for the item. It is their responsibility to deliver the item to you, and in pristine condition. Therefore, please DO hold them accountable if it is Lost or Damaged!
4. Also send photo's and contact New Moon Creatrix to discuss what you have found out, and what the possibilities are. We will also need pictures of the damaged or broken item before a replacement or refund can be made.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, be aware that in our business most items can not be replaced with the same exact item because many are one of a kind. Please contact us through the contact form to discuss the possibilities.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/or code will be emailed/mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
We take care in packaging items so they arrive safely.
We will only use USPS First Class, and provide Tracking numbers.
We will only use USPS Priority upon your request.
To return your product, please contact us for return authorization and address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
